Why does FHAKD need my donation?

Over the years, the actions of FHAKD has helped many distressed people, faced with the overbearing burden of kidney failure, to be able to weather the treatments. Because kidney dialysis and HIV treatment is something we hold close to our hearts, we have often used our available resources to make big changes. However, our efforts alone can not totally change our entire community.

There are over 36,000 persons living with HIV/AIDS in New Jersey alone. An unjustifiable number of people also die from kidney failure every year. We believe that with your help, we can bring about a tangible change to ease the suffering of others around us.

Your contributions allow us to purchase equipment, provide transportation for the ill and see to the daily needs of the less-privileged among us who are in pain.

Maybe you know someone afflicted with these ailments. Maybe you just want to take a more active role and impact some change in your community. Either way, you have come to the right place. Please feel free to reach out to us.
